descending with heavy blocks is slower than without

This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods

• I have tested this issue and it occurs when no other mods are installed

Issue description

When you put a heavy weight on a ship that is descending it'd be expected that it'll descend faster, but the ship descends slower.

I'm testing this on this ship, latest version on git.

Issue reproduction

1. make a ship, it must be able to support the heavy weight
2. descend without heavy weight
3. descend with heavy weight
4. difference in speed isn't right
