This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods

Issue description
Some blocks are still rendered after being broken on the ship.
This happen on server and on single player map.
One the block is broken, you have to right click on it to have the right render.
It doesn't happens with all the blocks.
here some blocks with the bug: chest, barrels, engine, blast furnace, ship helm
It only happens on the ships. The bugged blocks rendering works fine on lands.
Reloading the shader doesn't do anything.
Reloading the save/relog does make the render right.
Issue reproduction
- assemble a ship
- place one of the referred items
- break the block
- the broken block will stay rendered as it was still there
- right click on it with an empty hand to make it disapear
