HDMI connection flickers & drops out every few minutes

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I am using an Anker 364 USB C Hub, which features two HDMI outputs via USB-C alt mode. I have tested both HDMI ports with two cables & two displays, and a different PC to try to isolate the issue to the Steam Deck.

During use, in gameplay or otherwise, the display output will occasionally flicker, or drop out entirely for up to two seconds. This can be seen happening in this video. It takes a while (approx. 25 minutes) to happen at first, and then increases in frequency. Desktop mode / game mode have no impact on this issue.

This happens when using one or both displays, but I rarely attach both.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Connect Steam Deck to Anker hub, connect hub to power and display.
2. Wait 5-25 minutes, observe.
