[CS2 Dedicated Server] Allow -ip option when using -dedicated server (or when launching with -dedicated)

Hello,
Please add or allow -ip option to set IP address, because now the dedicated server is using/binds to 0.0.0.0 and if we have multiple ip addresses we can't use them without Docker or something similar.
I personally don't want to use docker or whatsoever. Every CS DEDICATED* server had the -ip option, which was working flawlessly.
