Enable alt-tabbing between active games in Big Picture mode

Would it be possible to add alt-tabbing between active games in Big Picture mode for the Steam Client? The feature would function as follows:

If you have multiple games, whether that be Steam games or additional programs added as non-steam games, then pressing Alt-Tab would allow you to cycle between your active games in sequence from from first to last. This would be a very nice feature for Steam Deck users in particular by quickly and conveniently allowing you to navigate the interface through keyboard shortcuts without having to physically reach out to the steam button on your console which could in some cases be located across from the other side of the room when docked.

Adding other standardized shortcuts such as pressing the meta key to bring up the menu in big picture mode would also help when using gaming mode with a keyboard and mouse.
