Crash the program at PollNextEvent() with Vive Pro Eye

Hi,
I develop the VR program with Vive Pro Eye.
After run that program, crash the Unity Editor and SteamVR.
I asked Unity Support team and it may be happening there:

My Environment is:
- Unity 2020.3.26f
- OpenVR 1.1.4
- Vive Pro Eye
