Local IP addresses are logged in apache logs

Seems we still haven't fixed this all the way. Real IP's are not shown in logs, they all have like 172.17.0.1. Could be a configuration on our server as well, not necessarily Control Center. We need to take a look.

Nevermind, it was logged as local IPs inside the container app/storage/logs, but in the apache folder outside container /var/docker/containers/cc.vatsim-scandinavia.org/logs it logs with full IP's. So I think it works.

Also using the TRUSTED_PROXIES env variable can be used for the software inside container also getting the correct IP of visitors (though not logs)
