Confusion with CompactHediff

Hello currently having issues with these mods:

I'm not sure if it's an issue with Compact Hediffs mod but it looks like they're not getting increased HP? https://i.imgur.com/l0h6F9N.png
YAPE will very likely require unification (see also #46 ). (Edit: they are already using EBF...?)
Advanced Prosthetics may require unification.
EPOE Forked and CONN is already covered by this mod, but CONN may have problems on their side.
Update: Advanced Prosthetics is simply using EBF to achieve HP-adjustment features.
No idea why... This reminds me of a certain recent incident where the mod Big and Small caused problems with body part max HP by mixing things up between has-dwarfism and no-dwarfism pawns.
Closing this; if this problem re-occurs, then provide more info, so that I can better see what is happening.
