Problems with HugsLib

Eventually, I am told that HugsLib is at a strange limbo state where unresolved problems are piling up to a point that the mod itself seems not as "usable".

There are suggestions to move away from HugsLib, but we are currently using HugsLib for news printing, which unfortunately do not have any alternative out there.

Note: as of writing, HugsLib was last updated on 16 Mar, so it ain't as abandoned as it seems.
