Enable OS level Focus (Do Not Disturb) Mode While Screen Share

Plugin Description
The plugin will enable OS level focus mode / do not disturb when screen is being shared through discord, and it will suppress OS level notification
example, In Windows 11 this will showed up at taskbar clock

- I read the above and made sure my plugin is possible and allowed
- I checked the existing plugins and made sure my plugin doesn't already exist
- I searched the existing issues and made sure a similar request doesn't already exist
I know Discord has Streamer Mode, but according to this https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/218485407-Streamer-Mode-101, it only suppress discord notification
Disable Sounds & Disable Notifications
Enabling these options will block any of Discord's notifications on desktop as well as prevent channel join and notification sounds.
And that wraps up everything in Streamer Mode's privacy settings. Simple. Effective. Awesome!
If this is worked on there becomes the work (depending if de's use a consistant api) of linux support for the plugin aswell
KDE has an option to enable DND if the screen is being captured. this is really a DE thing not a vencord thing
