Isn't the heater run from mains voltage?

You've wrote "triac controls 24v AC signal to heater inside the gun". I believe the heater is run from mains, i.e. 230V for Europe. No?

So the only consumer of 24V is the turbine, yes? How much current does it draw and how much power the 24V output of the transformer is rated for?
