Create a template for contributors to use to allow consistency and faster setup when adding new content. Refer to the current pages we have for base layout.

This is a base for instructions on how to Download the repository and to contribute to the fork.

Should this be addressed as a page itself, as it would allow for better management of each section?

Generally not a lot of users know about the Wiki, and it is generally with a lack of support.
