[Address] Dark Theme / Theme based colours for collections

Description:
The current issue with the code base is that the main page is displayed with a white background and the collections such like the .warning is currently displayed poorly to what it should represent
Proposed Solution:
Requires changes to how the Theme is handled for white / dark, which should change the Text, Collection colors, background of the website.
Provide changes to the core files in a way that these features are addressed on a basis of the current theme, which would require the implementation of the specified button mentioned in this issue #44 Toggle feature for the theme.
Alternatives:
It is possible to keep the default on a " black " programmers prefered theme, but this is not idea for each user.
