Add !holders <tti> command for CSV file of token holders info

I can query vitescan.io, see https://github.com/JohnGarnham/ViteJSPlayground/blob/fe728a7f6bc15fd54aaccfa187b16ad7fa54c863/src/queryVitescan.ts for example typescript code. Would be cool to add a command to auto-generate token holder information requested by

v!token_holders

Will generate CSV file with following info (may change):
"Address","Balance","Percentage","Tx Count"

That the user can then download and open in Excel for his own analysis or searching
