Tracking issue for 0.2.0, which is a refactor re-add the Encoding/Decoding logic using Elixir.

Description

Make a MVP release for starting usage in personal projects, and collect feedback from the community.

Objectives

  • Re-implement the encode/decode logic in pure Elixir.
