Create base index page HFP

User Story:

As a designer I would like to finalize the base prototypes for the index page so that I can begin to add the colour modes to them for development"

Details:

We will use Dale's medium fidelity prototype to do this. A figma file has been created in the "Style Guide" section of our workspace called "High Fidelity Prototypes". The goal for this ticket is to finalize the index pages base HF prototype without adding any colour. This should be done on the page titled "Index - Base HF Prototype"
