Suggestion: Creeper griefing whitelist

I thought it would be interesting to have a whitelist of blocks that a creeper can destroy.
For instance, I would select all blocks which generate in the world. (ie. dirt, stone, gravel, etc.)
This way we could have creeper explosions making holes and blowing stuff up, but players wouldn't have to worry about something they worked hard on getting destroyed.

Might be a bit out of scope for this mod. Don't be afraid to close this issue if it's too crazy or too difficult to implement.
