Need a better name

I think GithubReleaseNotifier is too long and too verbose.
Alternatives:

• Simple Notification Service (SNS) - Probably already taken
• Update Notifier - Maybe too generic

The name should capture the following features:

• Can check any valid git url for versions
• Can check ArchLinux package versions (only official packages for now, AUR probably later)
• Email, IRC and other notification "outputs"
