Still see module after uninstall

I went and delete the 2 rows in the tables
1 row in the mage_core_resource
1 row in the mage_eav_attribute
And i empty the folder var/session/
I cleared my cookies and history
also I removed extension files
app/code/community/Netzarbeiter/CustomerActivation/
app/locale//Netzarbeiter_CustomerActivation.csv
app/locale//template/email/netzarbeiter/customeractivation
But When I go to magento connect manager I still can see the module in my list
So I guess it is not completed deleted

Solved I just changed the magento permissions and run also automatic uninstall
