Only works when running from VS console

Looks completely different when running from a console window, colours are not present and text is spewed out. Also completely different when running from Terminal(beta).

Colours only appear in VS debugging terminal (thats started with debugging). Trying to use CMD or Powershell results in pure text and no colour.
