Heading inside callout block not working

Hi, I tried link to a heading that is inside callout block, but it's not working. Only file is opened but no auto scroll to heading occurs.

My heading looks like this:

> # My Heading
> another text
>

Obsidian doesn't recognize this as a heading of the file itself. E.g. it's not included in the outline sidebar pane. I depend on Obsidian's data on the headings in a file, so I don't plan to support that currently.
