WIP - I'm still dropping my thoughts out.
It could be really cool to highlight a channel each week, I think maybe each Friday (or Saturday) which takes the channel name & description, then just shares it in #announcements.
Main caveat I'm thinking about is if we'd want a custom override for some channels which use the channel description for other information.

The Repo worked at better then expected. I'm closing this off & I'll transfer this repo over.
