Issue: Enhancement of the navigation bar
Description:
The navigation bar dissapears once the page is scrolled making it difficult for the user to relocate to the specific section of the page.
To do:
- Fix the position of the nav bar along with its elements.
- Add a translucent background for the nav bar to enhance visibility.
