Describe the bug

Hello,

Hoping this is something simple where I went wrong, but I looked in the bug list here for others having the same issue and nothing there seemed to help me out.

Running Win11 23H2
Running Virtual Display Driver (23.12.2.1 HDR, Windows 11 22H2+)

My steps:
Downloaded > extracted everything including that option.txt file into C:\IddSampleDriver > ran installCert.bat as admin > went into device manager and added display adapter.

Once its added I noticed I didn't see the display in my display settings, back tracked to device manager and the adapter has a yellow warning with that error (This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31))

I've tried a few times of running Windows updates, deleting device, deleting drivers, removing the cert, then starting from scratch but no luck.

Damn thanks man, that did it. I guess I tend to steer away from betas and didn't even try it.

Thank you!
