Create introductory videos and documentation to "demo" VE

Since installing VisionEval is pretty painless now, there's no need for a "cloud-based solution". Rather, we should put some energy into creating some public training videos for our YouTube channel.

Here are some basics:

1. Installing and running VisionEval test models
2. Setting up a new model (probably in multiple parts dealing with geography, years, input files)
