Unable to open the TTL file created on WebVowl

Hi team,
I had created an Ontology last week and saved it in Turtle format. Now when I am trying to open the same TTL file by uploading it in WebVowl, I am getting the below error.

Parsing ontology with OWL API ... failed
Loading process failed:
Problem parsing inputstream:ontology23953225855189922
Could not parse ontology. Either a suitable parser could not be found, or parsing failed.

Same issue I'm facing again, making use of the online service https://service.tib.eu/webvowl/

Could not establish connection to OWL2VOWL service
Trying to convert with other communication protocol.
