Suggestion: Better reference images, and addition of original BSNES/BSNES HD screenshots for comparison

I think the first stage is excellent as a reference screenshots for two reasons:

  • You see the Item Stock[1] (the blue hollow rectagle). People typically take screenshots on it to detect if the screen is stretched or not.
  • The turtle shell and the platform located to the right on the wide-snes screenshots, are not seen in the BSNES, or BSNES HD without wide-snes.

Improvements that could be made:

  • These screenshots were taken on a 32" monitor at 1920x1080 px resolution. I know that your resolution is much higher (5376x3136 px), so you might want to take them from scratch.
  • You might want to add the pixel size (see the data under each section below for their values) of the blue box ratio below the box on the screenshots. The text can easily be added by scripting with imagemagic, I can do that if you want.
