Remove Devise

Carnival should not be responsible for application authentication.
As Authentication will not be inside Carnival anymore, some dependencies like devise and paperclip (it's used to upload the user avatar) must be removed.
Todo list:
- Remove AdminUser (Model, Migration, Presenter, Controller)
- Devise Initializer
- Remove User data from header
