Consider redirecting requests to piapro.jp (from www)

It seems that www.piapro.jp is returning invalid certificate that's only valid for piapro.jp (without www), and thus it's rejected. When browsing the website, www.piapro.jp is redirecting to piapro.jp. Of course it's possible they will fix the certificate error themselves, but if not, we need to redirect requests.
