Automatic notifications for entry deletions and merges

When song entries, album entries or artist entries get deleted that a user likes/follows, they currently do not get notified automatically.
If a song with ratings gets deleted, we have to message the user manually.
A better solutions for these (and more) situations would be to implement an automatic message system similar to the entry report and follow notifications.
Maybe a bot like the "MikuMod" account could be used for this as an alternative.
Of course we would need to create templates for these kind of messages first.

- Artist entries
- Song entries
- Album entries
- Tag entries
