Initial Render Doesn't Assign Properties to Entities

On initial render we can see that magnetic ports and node dimensions/coordinates aren't assigned

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Storybook, custom links
2. Drag a link
3. In port is not magnetic
4. Drag the node
5. Try to link the node now, magnetic ports will now work
