run external program suddenly stopped working after windows 10 22H2 update

I have my camera configured on AI tools to run external program; a bat file.
Everything was running fine for more than 2 years now but suddenly today it stopped working.
I updated windows 10 22H2 yesterday night.
I guess it's maybe related?
I run AI tools in a service with NSSM - the Non-Sucking Service Manager (https://nssm.cc/)
By chance, do you have any clue?

the service somehow needed to be configured to an administrator user.
