!!/repo list command

A command that lets you see a list of all Vyxal organisation repositories would be cool

This could be “!!/list repo”, and then it could be expanded to things like “list teams” or stuff like that. We could also Vyxal-ify it with a reflex along the lines of “[list |tell me ] ([teh|the])?” followed by the thing to list.
