Impossible to deactivate email filtering

At Admin-Tools > OPF E-Mail, deactivating the filtering of email addresses is not saved. Although the "successfully saved" box appears, the filters stay active, i.e. email addresses are still masked and not reloading, but re-visiting Admin-Tools > OPF E-Mail shows again selection "Activated".
When the line opff_mod_opf_email is removed from the modules/opf_dashboard/always_active_array.php file is removed, the described issue with the filter settings still apears, but deactivating the filter in the OPF dashboard works (email addreses stay unchanged then).
