Give option to choose the seperator between date and time

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As far as i can see, the separator between the date and time is an "@". It would be great if i can change this, even for multiple languages.

It would be great if we can choose/insert the separator in the Woocommerce->Settings->General settings. (could be just a string?)

An hook would be fine too

For me, the "@" need to be changed :)
