Error in ceurws scraper for https://ceur-ws.org/Vol-175/

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. python -m scholia.scrape.ceurws proceedings-url-to-quickstatements https://ceur-ws.org/Vol-175/
  2. "IndexError: list index out of range"

Expected behavior
Should generate quickstatements
