Add new notes to interview page

In interviews.php?id=..., remove "Note e domande per il colloquio" and add the new notes table. Make a function to display the table.
Specific notes for an interview were written about once every 200 candidates, it's enough to have the notes table, no need for a specific "interview questions" textarea
