Fix questions not loading at first time loading the homepage

When the user first loads the homepage, questions under "New questions in courses enrolled" are not visible. They only become visible after changing the page and coming back to the homepage (without reloading). The issue seems to happen every time the page is reloaded. Tested on Safari and Google Chrome on MacOS.
