updateRendering: What happens if we have an attribute and regular updates in the subtree?

We want to have an attribute version of the API that automatically calls updates as needed

Since the heuristic is in the user-agent’s hand, there are no strictly necessary steps required here. I’m guessing at least style will be updated and then depending on the time budgets, maybe other phases. When a new update is made to the subtree, we should notify the display lock so that we can reset any kind of time budgets
