License for NPM wicg/inert

Our organization has policies that prevent us from consuming into our secured repository any code that is not accompanied by a license.

Could you please include a license for wicg-inert?

The license is also causing issues with my team.
We are attempting to use https://github.com/FormidableLabs/nuka-carousel (MIT) which uses inert, but we are blocked at the moment because this license does not comply with our Open Source Guidelines.

Any plans to get this file updated to comply?

The actual npm package does not contain a license.

There's already a PR ready for this, the maintainers just need to merge and release.

#171

@benlangfeld, thanks for the work on this. I see @robdodson mentions there is a hold up around which license to support?

Is there a ETA for getting the licensing in NPMJS?

@kensgists I updated #171 with my thoughts.

Closing this as 171 is merged
