Especially given we have viewport units like vh (viewport height) and vw (viewport width) as well as the Visual Viewport API:

Is this specific to the segments API? IMHO, viewport units (vh/vw as well as the new svh/lvh/dvh are related to layout so they shouldn't interact in any way with the non-segmentation values of visualViewport
