Notification Icon

• if any notification display an icon bottom right in wp admin area
• the icon should show the number of notifications to display in bullets around it, color coded by severiti - danger, warning, info, success
• the icon should be Modula icon
• the icon should also display a x (close) button on hover so users can hide untill next refresh if something is hiding underneath.
• clicking on notification should open a modal right above
