Installing on Worepress Site, with Media Temple email

Good Afternoon,
I've been trying to install Fluent STMP for over 2 weeks using WordPress>> Elementor theme with Media Temple as the Email provider.
I've followed all of the documentation and yet every email test fails. I have Fluent CRM and Fluent Forms Pro also installed. I think I may be missing a setting, but having gone through it several times, step by step, cannot see my error. Is there something I should be looking for?
