Error when trying to set up Office 365 Mail - Not multi-tenant

(WordPress) is not configured as a multi-tenant application. Usage of the /common endpoint is not supported for such applications created after '10/15/2018'. Use a tenant-specific endpoint or configure the application to be multi-tenant.

I get the following error when I do the app registration. FluentSMTP no longer sends mail.
Starting November 9th, 2020 end-users will no longer be able to grant consent to newly registered multitenant apps without verified publishers. Add MPN ID to verify publisher

authenticate with Office365 to get Access Token gives me the following error:
Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.
AADSTS9002325: Proof Key for Code Exchange is required for cross-origin authorization code redemption.

I just spoke to live MS help, they told me commercial version of Office 365 is needed.

Yes, a Microsoft 365/Office 365 trial tenant doesn’t work and you need a commercial Microsoft 365/Office 365 tenant.

Also a developer account will not work.

I went to the website suggested https://o365info.com/wordpress-smtp/ I have an Office 365 Business account followed the instructions to install FluentSMTP & received the following error when I try to authenticate. Can someone please help with this?
