"Hidden" emails that get sent...

I contacted support about this months ago but did not receive a reply that was actionable. There are two email addresses that were used to test FluentSMTP but were deleted after testing but WooCommerce emails to my client, whose site I manage, are still going to these addresses. These emails bounce, so my client's inbox is cluttered with these useless bounced notifications. I have checked every setting in Fluent, and in WooCommerce, and these two email addresses are not to be found. I'm wondering if there's a folder I can access through Plesk where these emails have been stored, and delete them. Or, delete Fluent in WP, and delete all Fluent folders at the server level, and start over. If any of this makes sense, I need help knowing where to look in Plesk. I'm not a coder but if I know what to look for, I'll roll up my sleeves and take a look.
