Sender Settings - prefill with default information

Going to Sender Settings I see this:

From Email might default to wordpress@sitename.com and then filling in the user profile name.

Btw I noticed this message below it:
"The Default option does not use SMTP or any Email Service Providers so it will not improve email delivery on your site."

Well using Fluent Forms and sending an email to admin that uses hotmail address the email did not go through. It came through to other email addresses. Installing and activating FluentSMTP the email to the hotmail address finally came through.
