Why no 1.19.2 version?

pls post a version for 1.19.2. tough as nails is playable in 1.19.2 and yet armor underwear isn't? these mods are meant to go together and yet there's a gap between versions. doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me.

A huge amount of mods skips the version 1.19.1, 1.19.3 and 1.19.4. But +95% of mods have 1.19.2. So this is the most commonly used version for modded MC. The lack of this version means that a lot of people will skip this mod.
1.16.5 had 179,5k downloads
1.18.2 had 22k
Both files 1.19.4 only 846
