Redis setup for kamal accessory

Hi.

It would be very helpful to provide kamal accessory configuration for running redis instance.
This could be part of https://wafris.org/guides/redis-provisioning guide.

I didn't play with it yet, but for people that already use kamal, this could be the easiest way to try wafris service.

👋 @morgoth! This is definitely something we can add to the guide. We're actively working on the Traefik Plugin. Once that's done (ETA is EOY) we'll try and deploy a couple apps via Kamal and update the Redis provisioning guide.
