For example I needed to add:

route-nopull
route 10.179.0.0 255.255.255.0
route 10.2.0.0 255.255.0.0
route 10.10.0.0 255.255.0.0

However in Ubuntu for example, in the GUI one can simply check "use this connection only for resources on its network" under IPv4 tab.
