Legashi Satyr drop too little silver

legashi Satyrs in azshara https://www.wowhead.com/classic/npc=6200/legashi-satyr along with the other legashi types (Rogue and hellcaller) are level 51-53 and drop 92copper to 1silver and 42 copper each which seems extremely low for this lvl range.
Also these mobs are not pickpocket-able, although wowhead says they are.

the server seems to have nerfed pickpocketing to the ground. most mobs do not drop junk items when pickpocketed for example. Definitely not blizz-like.
